Motormouth finds the face in a photo and builds a moving mouth for it automatically. Pick a photo, tap one of 24 built-in sounds, and watch the jaw drop open and snap shut in time with every bark, laugh and roar. Shape the mouth by hand in the close-up editor, pick from nine visual styles and seven animations, and everything runs right on your Mac.

How do I bring in a photo?

Use either button in the empty drop zone — “Take Photo” opens the camera, “Choose File” opens the file picker — or just drag a photo straight onto the window and drop it.

The mouth landed in the wrong place. What do I do?

Open Adjust Mouth. It’s a close-up editor where you can reposition the mouth and reshape the lip curves, jaw width, jaw length, drop distance and tilt by hand until it lines up.

What does the $0.99 unlock?

One purchase, forever: recording your own sounds (up to 30 seconds each), exporting video, and raising the saved-photo limit from 10 to 100. All 24 built-in sounds, the mouth editor, and every style and animation are free without it.

How do I restore a purchase on a new Mac?

Motormouth menu ▸ Restore Purchases…, or the Restore button on the paywall screen. Either one asks Apple to reapply anything already bought with your Apple ID — no new charge.

What does Motormouth need to run?
